Honors Housing

Honors students have the option to live in the Honors housing community on City Campus. The suite-style Honors housing community is located within Knoll Residential Center and University Suites. Honors housing offers many quiet study rooms and lounge spaces for socializing, and both double-bedroom and single-bedroom suites are available. The Nebraska Honors offices are located within Knoll Residential Center, and the majority of Honors seminars take place in classrooms located within the Honors community. All Nebraska Honors students, regardless of where they live, have 24-hour access to the academic portions of the space.

Incoming first-year students will have the option to indicate their desire to live in Honors housing on their housing application. The Honors housing community is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that the housing application is not available to students until after the enrollment deposit has been paid.

Students choosing to live in Honors housing after their first year have the option to submit a housing application and indicate their desire to live in Knoll at the end of the Fall semester.

Questions regarding housing can be directed to University Housing (housing@unl.edu)

Knoll Residential Center will be the new home to Nebraska's honors program starting in fall 2019.
