Fall Break Service Trip | Honors Program

The 2025 Honors Fall Break Service Trip (all day Monday, Oct. 20 and Tuesday, Oct. 21) application is now open!

The trip will take 24 Honors students to Kansas City to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and the Kansas City Zoo.

The cost to students to participate is $50 (actual cost per student is $110, but Honors will pay $60 for each attendee). Need-based scholarships are available, and applications will be provided to students who are selected for this trip.

The cost of the trip includes:

Transportation
Overnight accommodations
Zoo ticket
Breakfast & lunches

The trip is open to any Honors Program student and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are due September 15. Students will be notified about selections by September 17, and payment is due September 29. Payment must be made via cash or check.
