Most of you are nearly halfway through your tenure here! Your honors thesis is coming up, you must continue to fulfill all of the necessary Honors class requirements, and graduation is right around the corner. It is easy to put these things off right now, but you will only get busier as you enter your junior and senior years. To alleviate some of the stress and confusion of your final years in the Honors Program, the Honors Program Student Advisory Board is hosting the Sophomore Experience this Tuesday, March 31st, at 7:00 p.m. in the Union Auditorium. Here, you will learn what the next steps in your Honors Program experience are, hear from students in the process of completing their thesis, students who have graduated, and learn about nationally competitive graduate school scholarships. We hope to see many of you there. Undergraduate Research Conference: Today is the last day to register to present your research at the Undergraduate Research Conference on April 16. Registration is available on the UCARE website. You do not have to be a member of UCARE to present at the conference. Great Plains Honors Council Conference: UNL is hosting the Great Plains Honors Council Conference on Friday, April 3 and Saturday, April 4.
