Kerri

Kerri Molczyk graduated from UNL in May, 2008, with two degrees:  a B.A. in English (Highest Distinction) and B.S.E. in Secondary Language Arts Education (High Distinction). Her Honors Thesis involved D.H. Lawrence’s use of language. The University of Nebraska Honors Program brought her from a town of 500 people in central Nebraska to Lincoln, then to England, Paris, Italy, a semester of student-teaching in Houston, Texas, and now to teaching ESL in England, where she was a Fulbright finalist. Her reflections below document some of the many lessons she learned in her work with Texas schools and in her travels abroad.
